Package for CD Nested Presentations

I have a powerpoint show that has multiple links to various documents, and
links to other presentations. In our network, on any computer that is
attached, it works fine.
When I "package for CD" - whether directly to the cd or to a folder, I get
messages that state "One or more of your presentations contain macros, linked
programs, linked objects, or embedded objects. They will not work in the
powerpoint viewer."

Unfortunately, I need all of these programs/links/presentations to work
together, as part of a department and company manual. Is there a way to
force this to work? Will I need to package each individual presentation?
Any help you can provide is appreciated.

Links between presentations should be no problem. Embedded or linked content
like spreadsheets, documents and others probably won't fly in the viewer, and
the viewer doesn't support macros at all.

There's nothing you can do to change this behavior.

If the people who'll be using the manual have PowerPoint already, then it's
something of a non-issue. Don't include the viewer and they'll be able to view
the presentations in PPT, where they'll probably have to OK inane warnings about
the DANGER of opening the linked files each time, but at least they'll play.
