Package for CD with a 3D model

I am trying to package for CD, a presentation with a interactive 3D model
that requires a special viewer. The Model will launch in the ppt but after I
package it for CD it breaks the links and the viewer won't work for it. I
have also put the Viewer install in the CD and Linked an action link to it,
so the viewer can install the viewer if they want to see the 3D Model. During
the Package for CD process it gives a message the presentation has macro's
that won't play in the viewer. Can these things be dine in the viewer, if so
how?

The actual message is "One or more of your presentations contain macros,
linked programs, linked objects, or embedded objects. They will not work in
the PowerPoint Viewer. Do you want to continue." These linked files that it's
referring to don't use the viewer to run, so I don't understand why this
makes a difference.
