P4P800 Dlx, Norton Ghost & NIC NDIS2 Drivers for LAN Backup?

Does anyone know where to get suitable NDIS2 drivers for the 3COM Gigabit
LOM (3c940) for use with Ghost? I can't find any on my P4P800 Dlx drivers
disk nor on the Asus web site. I also looked on 3com's web site but can't
find any drivers listed for the 3c940. I tried most of the 3com drivers
available with Ghost but none recognize the onboard NIC. I'm also not
familiar with any additional parameters that may be required to recognize an
onboard NIC.

The drivers are available on asus site, and presumably on mb disk

Tried that one before but finally got it to work. File wouldn't auto-setup
with ghost but loaded it manually and copied parameters from another 3com
integrated driver in ghost. Not sure why, but it works.

Is it possible, that you zip me your templetfolder for that 3c940-NIC
and mail it to me?
