P2P Networking

I am user of WINDOWS XP Professional. I am receiving in
my screen the following message:

P2P Networking
Can not start server!

Plese if anybody knows how to eliminate it, help me.

I got rid of the latest Kazaa and reinstalled an earlier
2.1 version. P2P remained on the system. So I renamed the
offending file to prevent it from being loaded, it's in
the Windows\system32\networking folder ...
