P2P Networking Error Message

I frequently get a recurring pop up window with an eror
message i.e.

P2P NETWORKING
Can't start Server

I have absolutely no idea what is causing this.

See if you have this file on your hard drive: P2Psetup.exe
Any reason why you would have a program called PeerEnabler on your system?
