Pop-up error message

I have a pop-up error message that occurs every two
minutes or so. It reads: P2P Networking at the top and
states "Can't start server." How do I get rid of this
very annoying message. It disappears if I don't close it
but returns every 2 minutes. Somebody help me.

Greetings --

Remove KaZaA.

To deal with any sort of "adware" and/or "spyware," such as
Gator, Comet Cursors, Bonzai Buddy, or KaZaA that you've deliberately
(but without understanding the consequences) installed, two products
that are quite effective (at finding and removing this type of
scumware) are Ad-Aware from www.lavasoft.de and SpyBot Search &
Destroy from http://security.kolla.de/. Both have free evaluation
versions. It's even possible to use SpyBot Search & Destroy to
"immunize" your system against most future intrusions. I use both and
generally perform manual scans every week or so to clean out cookies,
etc.
