did you install office or outlook from more than one source? like from a
suite cd and outlook live or SBS server?

Tried as you suggested, but when the corrupt or missing file is trying
to
be
repaired, it says "OUTLSM11.MSI is missing, and this can't even be
found
on
the CD for outlook
:
that's a schedule plus congif file and shouldn't cause problems in
2003
unless it was an upgrade.

I did not move settings from another computer. I have never used
ol97
and
the operating system is Windows XP home
