outlook shuts down when i minimise it help

hi my outlook from office 2003 closes down when i click the minimise button
any help appreciated

No, it doesn't. It minimizes to the notification area of the system tray
(see that Outlook icon there)? Right-click that icon and uncheck "Hide when
Minimized" if you want.

When I open Outlook the application immediately minimizes. When I right click
on the minimized icon and select restore, I see the icon fly into the right
upper corner but cannot open Outlook 2003. I do not see the answer to this
problem in this or other threads.
