Outlook Settings on TS Server not saved when logging off

Guest

Hi,

I deployed a custom install of Office 2003 on a farm of Windows 2000
Terminal Servers.

Everything works ok if the user logs always on the same TS but when a user
logs on DIFFERENT terminal servers, some settings are not saved.

For example, the options the user sets in the window "Tools / Options /
E-mail options / Tracking Options" are not kept
When the user select a different mail format, it is always reseted to "plain
text"

But other settings like the email signature or the position of the preview
pane are always saved.

To sum-up, some settings are saved and others are not.
It sounds crazy...

I woud be great if someone could help me.
I tried a lot of different things with mst and cmw files but it is still not
working

thanks and brgds,
JP
