Outlook personal folders backup command missing

I downloaded and installed the Outlook personal folders
backup tool, but the BACKUP command is missing from the
FILE menu. I uninstalled and reinstalled the add-in with
no success. Add/Remove programs shows that it is
installed. I'm running XP Pro and Office 2000 (Outlook
2000 SP-3). Any ideas?

You're not alone, I just tried this on our XP PC's running Office
2000, and not luck either.
