Outlook only starts in safe mode

When I try to start Outlook 2007 using the icon it just hangs with 3/4 of the
screen drawn. The next time I try to start it I use safe mode and it works
fine. I cant figure it out. I upgraded from 2003 and didnt have a problem
opening Outlook in that.

Maybe an add-in is causing problems.
Start Outlook in Safe Mode, in Trust Centre check what addins are shown,
disable any none MS add-ins, then restart Outlook. If the problem remains,
in Trust Centre disable the rest & retest
