Outlook - Office XP

I receive the following error message when I start up Outlook:

CiceroUIWndFrame: OUTLOOK.EXE - Entry Point Not Found

the procedure entry point
?setfeilddata@cdalnotehistory@@uae?aw4dalstatus@@iaavcdaldata@@@z could not
be located in the dynamic link library adal.dll.

I have not been able to correct this error and would appreciate suggestions.

adal.dll is from ACT! Do you have that installed as well? If you
disable/uninstall it do you still have the same error? Reinstalling might
solve the issue or contact ACT support.
