Outlook not sending

My Outlook 2003 Small Business Edition just quit sending e-mail. I get an
error on the details of the Send/Receive that the server timed out. I can
receive e-mails and when I check my settings, I send and receive the test
e-mail. Any thoughts?

Just an update.......I went into my Mail settings in Control Panel and
deleted and re-configured my e-mail accounts (same as before) and now I can
send. Weird!
