HELP! My Outlook is not sending my Outbox messages!

Hello! I hope someone out there can help me.

I have set up my Outlook for my business email. It was working fine the
last two days, but for some reason, today it won't send any of my emails! It
has no problem receiving emails, but here is the error message I get when the
"Send/Receive" times out:

Send test e-mail message: The operation timed out waiting for a response
from the sending (SMTP) server. If you continue to receive this message,
contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).

Type of mail account?

If you are using a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook disable this
integration and try again.
