Outlook Express

I use Outlook Express (OEx). I usually receive emails in my Inbox, and
Delete them to my Delete Folder, or I Shift-Delete them completely out of my
system. Yesterday OEx started denying me the ability to Delete them to my
Delete Folder, and when I tried to Delete with the email message pulled up,
an error message saying"...This message could not be deleted." I also cannot
"move" them to the delete folder. It does allow me to Shift Delete from my
Inbox but that eliminates the email I want to save. HELP FROM ANYONE?
