outlook express 6.0 cannot delete any inbox messages

I am using windows xp and outlook express 6.0. I have never had a problem
with outlook before until today. I cannot delete any of the messages in my
inbox. I have tried using the delete key and also the mouse command, neither
of them will work. I can move the message to another folder but once there I
cannot delete it either. I have tried a few of the fixes I have read about
but so far none of them have been successful. Can anyone help me with this
problem? Thanks

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
