outlook express prob

hi,anytime i click on outlook express i get the message<O
E could not be started the application was unable to open
the O e message store.your computer may be out of memory
or your disk is full.contact microsoft for assistance.
(0x8007000E) and when i click ok,i get the message..OE
could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be
initialized.outlook express may not be installed
correctly.as a basic user i have no idea what any of this
means,i would appriciate any help,thanks in advance
