Outlook Express

When I click for the outlook Express all I get is two
poppup.
I have try some of the Microsoft Knowledge Base Article
that did not work, I can not even uninstall it.

So here are the popup that I receive the first one.

Outlook Express could not be started. The application was
unable to create the font cache object. Your computer may
be out of memory or your disk is full.
Contact Microsoft for further assistance. (0x8007000E.5)

Follewed by

Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL
could not be initialized. Outlook Express may not be
installed correctly.
