Outlook express culminative update KB823353

I have windows XP service pack1 Home Edition. Windows update downloads
KB823353 and then installs it and says it has been installed succesfully.
Then a few minutes later it tells me that I have a new update to install-and
it turns out it is the exact same update KB823353! I searched and found this
update on my computer and it said install so I double clicked it and it said
that it could not be installed because I did not have Outlook Express 6
service pack 1 installed on my computer. My Outlook Express version on my
computer is " 6.00.2800.1106". Is this service pack 1 Outlook Express? Any
help would be appreciated.
