Automatic Updates brings up same update every minute

After installing the update, under 1 minute later, it brings the same one up
again as an update to install. This has been going on for about 2 days now.
The update that it keeps bringing up is the following:

"Cumulative Security Update for Outlook Express 6 (KB823353)"

I do not know if this matters, but this started the same day that the layout
of the Automatic Updater changed.
