Downloaded the outlook express 6SPI KB823353 update. Did the normal install
and window shows update was successfully installed. However, in a few
minutes the same update comes back on the computer to be installed. This
will repeat itself until I cancell the update. Why is my computer not
accepting the update"
Running windows 2000.
