Outlook Express 6 slow to load

This has been driving me nutts. Outlook Express is very
slow to load in my Windows XP Pro.

Ive found solutions only for OLDER OS's listed on the
website (ie: knowledge base, technical).

Downloaded every fix. Havent had problems with anything
else in XP. I feel this is a basic component of
Microsofts product that should be working correctly. I am
