Outlook Express 6 - address book & message errors

Within last few days Outlook Express 6 is not working
under ONE user name only. Messages say "The Address Book
failed to load. Outlook Express is incorrectly
configured, please re-install", can't write new message,
can't open received, it says "There was an error opening
this message. An error has occurred". Have tried to re-
install, by removing SP2 + installing again. No
different. The WAB file is ok, + have run sfc - no
problems. Does anyone know how to fix?

Thanks for your help - it's now working again. The
solution that worked was the editing of the registry to
change the value against UseOutlook to 0
