Outlook error message

When I open Outlook 2003 I get an error message:
"C:|Documents and Settings\My Name\Application
Data\AddInns\C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11
\SBCMSYNC.DLL is not a valid Office Add in"

When I click OK the program loads normally. How can I
resolve this?

Is this an upgrade from Office 2000? If yes, go to
tools->options->other->advanced and under COM addins, uncheck the outlook
synchronization.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the
Swen virus, all e-mails sent to my actual account will be deleted w/out
reading.
