Outlook error - message interface

I am using windows XP SP2 with office 2003. I have been using outlook with
no problem for about 4 months and a few days back I have been geting a
message to reinstall. I removed the program and then reinstalled it but have
the same result. I review this site to find some with similar problems and
try what worked for them. I tried inbox repair with same result. Outllok
express works fine sending and receiving emails, but Outlook 2003 will
receive, but will not create, repley, let me view accounts without getting a
error message that states "The messaging interface has returned an unknown
error. If problem persists, restart Outlook" or an error message with the
similar message that says to reinstall. Can someone help?

Only ome problem, I have office 2003 and that applies to office XP. I read
it through and the solution did not work. Any other suggestions?
