Outlook email label renaming

Well hello there,
I was wondering if someone could help me with the following problem
renaming the email labels in Outlook 2000. The default labelnames are
email, email2 & email3. I would like to change this to: Email(Private)
Email(Work) and Email(Special). Is this possible? I'm running Outloo
2000 without service packs/updates.
