Outlook eating CPU usage

Outlook stops responsing (or takes reeeally long time) after around 20
minutes of use. Work with it is possible by closing and opening it again, but
it must be restarted several times in a day. I've tried to follow the
behavior with process explorer and task manager and it looks like the green
bar is in 100% when it stops working and when I close Outlook it becomes
normal again. So something is wrong and I can't figure what it is.

Can you start Outlook in Safe Mode (Start -> Run -> outlook /safe) and
see if it also happens?
