Outlook Crashes On Startup

While trying to set up Outlook with an Exchange server I borked it. Now when
I start up it says it can't connect and pops up the connection info, which is
obviously not correct. When I click cancel it says "Unable to open your
default e-mail folders. The file "C:\Documents.....\Outlook\outlook.ost is
not an offline folder file." with only an OK button. When I click it, it
exits. I have tried reinstalling, uninstalling and then installing again. I
have also tried deleting that file all to no avail. Ideas?
