Outlook continually sends a message when there are image attachme.

When we send a message with image attachments, i.e. Photos, the message is
sent again and again until it’s manually deleted. All other messages are sent
once and then automatically deleted from the out box. Any thoughts?

This often happens when you have a virus scanner that integrates with
Outlook and does a bad job at it. Uninstall/disable this integration and try
again.

Which version of Outlook are you using?
Which mail account type are you using?
Does it work in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe
