Outlook Contact Display

I recently had to reformat my laptop. My tech restored my contacts. In
doing so, all of my contacts are now filed as last name, first name. I have
spent the last year getting all of them formated to company, last, first. Is
there anyway to change them all to this format, or do I have to spend the
next 6 months manually doing it?

Far too little information. To which of Outlook's countless views are you
referring and what version of Outlook? How were your Contacts "restored?"
What sort order has been set for the view in question?

I am using Outlook 2007. The contacts were backed up as far as I know (the
guy does not work for the company any longer). I am using business card
view. I have my default for new contacts set to company, last, first)

What was changed, the sort order that is specified or the actual field on
which you sort?
