Outlook 2000 Sort Order

L

Using OUtlook 2000, I have a client who has created numerous contacts and
saved them by Last name, then First name. In Contacts everything looks OK
but when she selects the Contact folder through the address book icon, the
names appear filed by the first name instead of the last name.

Why is that and how can it be fixed?

First question: What mode of OL2000 are you using? Check on the second line
here: Help menu > About

Not exactly. I'm looking for the mode which should be Internet Mail Only or
Corporate

Sorry for the delay, Vince.... it says "Corporate or Workgroup". Does
that
help?

Tools>Services>Outlook Address Book>Change, I believe, is the path to modify
the sort order of the Outlook Address Book service.
