Outlook Backup XP Pro failure to Install

I

Ian Bayly

Hi
When installing pfbackup.exe on a number of desktops I found that two PC's
did not show the option on the file menu after installation.
All others were OK.
I think the problem was that these 2 PC's did not allow the User to "add
remove" programs, where the others did.
On these two PC's, logging on as Administrator and reinstalling pfbackup.exe
does not work, because install states item is already installed, but there
is nothing showing to un-install.
(I am aware of an earlier post today re Tools _options...Com addins but the
item does not show there).
Before I uninstall and reinstall Outlook (with user security amended) does
any one have any further ideas how to either install (or uninstall) this
backup utility?

TIA

Ian B
