Yes. I even tried restarting the computer afterward but
still no BACKUP feature.
I did figure out what was wrong, though. The
installation process should add the .dll
file 'outbak.dll' to your COM ADD-INS list, which is
located in TOOLS->OPTIONS->OTHER->ADVANCED OPTIONS->COM
ADD-INS, but for some reason it didn't on my
installation. I did a search for it on my computer,
found it at C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10
\Addins, and included it in the COM ADD-INS list, and now
the BACKUP feature loads perfectly when Outlook starts.
