Outlook and MSN Mail

I recently changed from Comcast to Qwest DSL with MSN Premium as the ISP.
Now, no matter what I do, I can't get my e-mail from the MSN account to
deliver into Office Outlook 2003. It will only go into MSN Mail. Any ideas?
