Outlook E-mail Configurations

Hi All
I am running Windows XP and Office 2003. I have MSN premium acout throufg
Verizon.I have an MSN and Hotmail exchange that I want to link Ooutlook to.
When I follow the setup for either Hot mail or MSN it runs ok and and I get
my e-mails from the server. When I shut down Outlook and bring it back up I
can not connect back to my MSN account but can to my Verizon mail. I hit the
send recieve and It looks like all functions complete fine. I can only get my
mail if I reinstall thhe acount, it comes up then fails at next launch.
I maust have a setting incorrect. I have tried all i can see. What am I
missing?
