Outlook 2k3 - all *.EXE file attachments are blocked.

Hi all,
I installed outlook 2003 and imported my mails form previouse version using
PST. Now I noticed all my attachment with *.exe ext are blocked by outlook.
How do I un-block or change this setting? Am I gonna be able to retreive
these files or they're gone.
