Outlook 2033 Confusion

T

TomSam

Am a new user for Outlook 2003. When using Outlook, I
could normally deleate all items in the Deleated folder
by simply using the tool bar and clicking on deleate. I
am no longer able to do this and cannot figure out why or
how to correct. Appreciate any help.

Thanks.

The black x? You need to select all to delete them with the x button. You
can right click and choose empty deleted.... or tools menu, empty deleted
items...

If you right click on the toolbar and choose "Customize...", you can edit
it. In the Tools category, there is an icon that will empty your Deleted
Items folder.
