Outlook 2007 Rule

Have just upgraded to Outlook 2007. I have created several rules that will
distribute emails from specific people into specific subfolders of my inbox.
Now I would like to write a rule that says if the incoming email is NOT from
someone in my address book, send it to the deleted folder. I cannot seem to
find how to apply the NOT from someone in my address book. Any help??

if all previous rules are moving messages, the last rule will be 'move all
messages to deleted folder' put a stop processing on each previous rule.

I don't want to move ALL messages to the deleted folder. There are only a
few specific messages received that go to specific folders. The rest of my
incoming messages stay in my inbox. All I want to do is indicate that if
the incoming message is from someone who is NOT in my contacts list, then I
want to move that one to my deleted box.

Create a rule that deletes all messages, but specify the exception "except
if sender is in the specified Address Book" and choose "Contacts" for the
address book. Make sure it's the last rule. Make sure all prior rules
contain "stop processing more rules". The complete rule will be:

Apply this rule after the message arrives
delete it
except if sender is in Contacts Address Book

You may see "on this machine only" as well as the second line. I believe
this will be a client-side rule.
