Outlook Outlook 2007: Junk email and Conflicts Folder

I am having difficulty with a client where some junk emails is duplicated in the conflicts folder. This has only strated over the last couple of weeks and no drastic changes were made on the server.

I have tried recreating the profile with no success.

Anyone seen this behaviour before?
