Outlook 2007 Junk mail folder

Hello.

I am not able to empty the junk mail folder under my profile. There is an
empty junk mail option under personal folders, but I don't receive my mail
there.

Does anyone know how to include a empty junk mail folder option under their
profile?

Do you not get the option on a right click? Is this a POP3 or Exchange
account?
