"Empty the junk e-mail folder" does not work

Under Personal folders I have 2 junk e-mail folder (each associated with an
e-mail account). One works fine and I can use the "empty junk email" feature.
The other one was working until this week when the "empty junk email" feature
disapeared. The properties of both these folders are the same.

Can you create a new junk email folder with that feature?

Version of Outlook?
Which mail account types are these folder sets associated with?
Does the Junk E-mail folder still have its own icon or does it look like a
regular folder now?
