JUNK E-MAIL FOLDER

All of my email is going to my junk e-mail folder. Even when I've checked
"not junk", everything is going to junk e-mail, nothing to my inbox.
What's up with this and how can I correct it? Thank you

And your configuration would be...?
Check your message rules and Junk E-mail settings.

Pressing "Not Junk" only moves the current item back to the Inbox.

All my proper settings are in place, I've changed nothing because it's been
working. It just started happening yesterday. Even the people who are my
safe list are going to my junk mail. ??

Your configuration might be the same and known to you, but is new to us.
Crystal balls don't work in newsgroups so you'll have to tell us your
configuration if you want us to help troubleshooting your issue.

I was having the same issue! If you open outlook, go to tools, rules and
alerts, check the first tab to see what rules are set. I somehow got a rule
set that was pushing all new messges into the Junk folder. If you delete the
rule, messages will go back into the inbox.
