Outlook 2003 - signature

I have just received email from our head office with the new look of our
emails (signature/stationary, etc) .... how can i copy this to some form of
template for all our staff on this side?

There is also a logo included in the signature/stationary. How do i make it
part of the new "template/signature/stationary" in such a way that it does
not get sent as an attachment pic?

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance for assistance

Hard to say without knowing what exactly you received (which format) and how
it is configured now.

I received an email from our HO and the email siganture/stationary is the
format they want us to use in future. How can i copy this off the email i
received and then add it to all of our computers here?

You can't. Ask them to send the templates instead. For the stationery this
will be in htm-format. Signatures need to be in htm-, txt- and rtf-format.
