Outlook 2003 Reply with specific template

Does anyone know whether Outlook can do this? I like to be able to
create a few templates, and depending on the customer's question,
reply (with customer's original quoted text) with a specific
templates. Ideally I can assign these different "replies" to a tool
bar so when I am reading the customer email, I can just hit the right
button.

too much for outlook? or do-able? any help appreciated.

p.s. I have create templates and forms as email templates before and
they work well... just want to do more.

You can set Word as the e-mail editor and use AutoText for this. You can
even creates button for these Text Blocks.
