Reply with server based template.

Please, how can I define Exchange server based templates and rules that can
be used with specific mailboxes for auto reply. I am able to do this from
either within Outlook or within Exchange.

Start Outlook with a profile for the mailbox you want to create the rule by. Create a new "have server reply" rule. You'll see a window for creating the reply message. Close and save it when you're done configuring the message text.
