Outlook 2003-MS Mail Post Office??

Every time I open Outlook 03 I get a window asking for
my Post Office, Mailbox and Password. How do I set these up?

Where do I find this information? This is my home computer so
I AM the Administrator but I'm clueless.

I just upgraded to MS Office Pro 03 today and have been
using Outlook Express as my primary email, but I need to
set up Outlook now and do away with Express.

Dear,
Are you using POP3 based account, can you reconfigure your setting under
Tools, Email Accounts or Control Panel, Mail Icon, Email Accounts, View or
change existing email accounts, click on the POP/SMTP and change, make sure
the settings are entered correctly and make a test account setting.
