Outlook 2003 lost in upgrade,stuck using OE,Can I get OL2003 back

I tried to do an upgrade of Outlook 2003, somehow it went through as Outlook
Office, and now I can't use Outlook 2003 at all. I can't even access my
email addresses or anything. I have Windows XP, all of the Microsoft Office
tools, but now I have to use Outlook Express and I HATE it. I tried to do a
system restore and it wouldn't let me. Can I or How can I get Outlook 2003
back? Is it possible to get my account back the way it was? I've used Outlook
2003 since it came out and I am unable to do quite a few things in Outlook
Express that I could do in Outlook 2003. Please help me if it is at all

It won't even let me open it. It says it needs to be configured, then when I
try to configure, it says my memory is full, NOT even close....

Check your mail configuration in Control Panel-> Mail and verify that
everything is set correctly. Then try to open Outlook again.

If that doesn't work post the full and exact error that you get.
