OL2003, use OE address book

How can I get OL2003 to use OE address book?

I prefer to keep all my contact in one address book where they are available
in both Outlook Express and Outlook 2003.

You can't use the OE address book in Outlook but you can try using Outlook's
contacts in OE's address book (WAB.EXE). Check out the info here about that:
