I was using Outlook 2003 without any problems. Had an issue with Word and
inserted Office XP disk to fix problems related to Word. Next time I used
Outlook 2003 it did not work. Deleted Office XP and loaded Microsoft Office
2000 (as I do not have Outlook 2003). Running Outlook 2000 without any issues
but have lost all of the emails/contacts/etc. that I had with Outlook 2003.
What can I do to recover the emails/contact/tasks I had with Outlook 2003?
Any suggestions.

Thanks.

I tried to import the outlook pst file but it did not work? It seems that
the pst file associated with Outlook 2003 is not compatible with Outlook
2000. What shoud I do?

If you were using Outlook 2003 why did you use the OfficeXP disk or did you
have OfficeXP installed and a seperate version of Outlook 2003?
Outlook versions pre Outlook 2003 cannot read a pst file created in outlook
2003
You need to find your outlook 2003 cd

Have you tried Scanpst.exe? If not findinga ny solution with it then try Kernel for Outlook repair tool. It will recover lost emails and any other item included.

Thanks
