Outlook 2003 is corrupt and I need help.

Cannot open or reply to any emails, I can read & delete them though. My Dell
Inspiron is 1 year old Outlook came installed on it and Dell said the only
thing to do is uninstall and reinstall outlook. My tech guy already did that
and spent 3 hours on this and it still did not fix the problem.

When I hit the error message in Outlook and get taken to Microsoft website,
they say I have a pirated edition - how could that be when it came installed
by Dell?

I'm at a loss here on what to do and nobody has an answer for me - yet. Help
this very non-techie guy get his Outlook fixed! Thanks!

If you click Help>About, do you see a Product ID? Does it contain the
string "OEM"? Have you tried a Help>Detect and Repair? Have you tried a
new mail profile?
